Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Maservitech (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit maservitech.com, contact us, or use our products. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its implementing rules, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

What We Collect on This Website

• Contact Form. Name, email address, company, your area of interest and your message. We use these to reply to you and, if you ask about a product, to follow up about it.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It reports aggregate page views, referrers and device types only.
• Server Logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request details for security and reliability. These are kept for a limited period and not used to profile you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Lawful Basis and Retention

We process contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you ask for a quote or demo, to take steps before entering into a contract. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them.

Our Products

Products such as ImRep are provided to companies under a subscription agreement and a Data Processing Agreement. In those products the customer company is the Personal Information Controller and Maservitech is the Personal Information Processor: we process data only on the customer’s documented instructions. Each product has its own privacy notice for its users. The ImRep privacy notice is published at platform.imrep.maservitech.com/privacy.html.

Where Data Is Stored

Our systems are hosted in Singapore and, for some services, in other regions of reputable cloud providers. Transfers outside the Philippines are covered by contractual safeguards as required by Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act. Sub-processors we use for this website: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, form protection) and Resend (email delivery).

Your Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to file a complaint, to rectification, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within 15 working days. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Security

We protect personal information with encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and regular backups. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we notify the affected persons and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest revision at the top of the page.
